Welcome to our site Team Building Techniques.

Bill Brendler has a PhD in Organizational Development. Over a 20-year period he has helped many clients develop very successful teams. His team building techniques and resources have been used by start-up teams and teams at all levels of companies such as Exxon, Shell, Genentech, Saturn, Hoechst Celanese, and HP.

He is often called upon to act as a sounding board, assisting leaders think through their most pressing challenges. He offers sound guidance that comes from his experience working with more than 150 businesses and companies worldwide.

His coaching is directed toward developing practical skills that will benefit teams in corporations and organizations far beyond the tenure of the coaching assignment.

Bill has written articles for many business publications like Fortune and Business Week, and developed workshops, seminars, and retreats that have been recognized by organizations globally.

His international experience ranges from serving in the Peace Corps as a Headmaster of a remote college in East Africa, to working for multinational corporations in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Elaine Brendler is British and has a BA in Sociology. She worked for many years in the area of child and youth development as a social worker, as a parent educator and as a coach and trainer for childcare providers, extended family members, step parents and foster parents.

She currently coaches retail store teams, managers and regional managers in how to work together effectively, for a large, multi-state building-supply company. She also serves on the pastoral staff of a church in Austin, Texas, where she's developing leadership teams in several different areas.

We are passionate about helping teams and team leaders achieve their full potential, in the workplace, in blended families, in churches and community groups.

It is our aim to further your knowledge and understanding of what works and what will open up new opportunities for your teams and your organization.

We want to help you become the best you can be, using the resources and team building techniques, exercises, assessment tools and coaching that we offer.
