5) The FIRO-B™

For more than 50 years, the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B™) assessment has helped people around the world understand how their interpersonal needs shape their interactions with team members or in their personal life.

The FIRO-B™ will give your team-building initiatives insights into how to handle difficult team situations. It will improve your ability to diagnose and understand some of the difficulties you are experiencing with your team. It is often taken by a team in combination with other team building tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
