MBTI® Stress Management Report
Ways To Manage Stress

Circumstances That Trigger Stress

We all need to learn ways to manage stress successfully. No matter the context - in work or in everyday life - we all encounter stressors that can either undermine our performance or propel our success, depending on how we react to them.

The MBTI® Stress Management Report will help you recognize the circumstances or events that are likely to trigger your stress reactions. This report will provide you with information and TIPS on how to deal most effectively with the challenges these reactions present, to yourself and those around you.

The 9-page Report details the signs of stress most common to an individual's personality type. It describes the impact of stress on personality characteristics, provides do's and don'ts for handling stress and leveraging natural strengths, and suggests ways to ask for support from you teammates.

Once you've taken the MBTI assessment a personalized report can be generated using your verified four letter MBTI type.

The FEATURES of this Report:

  • Describe your natural and stressed personality characteristics.
  • Identifies stressors based on your personality type and provides you with warnings signs of stress.
  • Provides stress tips, ways to manage stress, and lists of what not to do.
  • Offers practical suggestions for how to seek support from others.
